Every Terminal, Arrivals and Departures
Heathrow operates four terminals, and each behaves differently. Terminal 5 is the British Airways base and its arrivals hall is a long walk from some stands. Terminal 2, the Queen's Terminal, handles most Star Alliance carriers. Terminal 3 takes Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, Delta and American. Terminal 4 is home to Qatar Airways, Saudia, Etihad and much of SkyTeam. For departures we collect you from your home, office or hotel and take you to the departures level of the correct terminal, unload your luggage at the door, and handle the airport's drop-off charge within the fare. Pickup times are recommended from your check-in deadline and the traffic expected that day, not from a generic rule of thumb.

Journey Times From Heathrow
Heathrow lies roughly 15 miles west of the centre, and the realistic door-to-door time depends far more on the hour than on the distance. Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Kensington are usually 45 to 60 minutes. The City and Canary Wharf are usually 60 to 80 minutes. Weekday peaks on the M4 and A4 add to both, and your chauffeur plans around known pinch points rather than trusting a satnav that has not noticed the queue yet. If you are connecting to another airport, a Heathrow to Gatwick transfer typically takes 75 to 90 minutes outside peak hours.

The Mercedes E-Class suits one or two passengers travelling light, and is the most popular choice for business trips. The Mercedes S-Class adds significantly more rear legroom, quieter cabin insulation and massage seating for long-haul arrivals when you want to rest on the way in. The Mercedes V-Class takes up to seven passengers with their luggage, which makes it the sensible option for families and crews arriving together. The Range Rover and BMW i7 are available where you prefer an SUV or a fully electric car.
Yes. Long-haul arrivals at Terminals 3, 4 and 5 often mean two large cases per person, and a saloon car simply cannot take that. Tell us the number of passengers and the number of cases when you book and we will assign the right vehicle, or more than one where needed, so nothing is left behind at the terminal. Golf bags, ski equipment, musical instruments and pushchairs are all fine with notice.
The fare we quote is fixed when you book, and it does not change if your flight is late, if traffic is heavy or if the surge pricing on an app doubles at the moment you land. It includes parking, waiting, meet and greet, and help with your luggage. With a ride-hailing app you join a queue at the pickup area after a long flight, with no guarantee of the vehicle size, and the price you were shown before landing is rarely the price you pay.
